We are thrilled to welcome Steve Waters to the JE Fuller team! Steve brings over 33 years of experience as a Senior Hydrometeorologist and Flood Warning Manager with the Flood Control District of Maricopa County. His extensive background includes flood warning system design and operation, hydrologic data collection, operational meteorology, flood response planning,
and information management. Steve holds a BS in Hydrology and Water Resources from the University of Arizona and has been actively involved with the Arizona Floodplain Management Association, the Arizona Statewide Flood Warning System Task Force, the American Meteorological Society, and the National Hydrologic Warning Council. We are excited to have Steve’s expertise and passion on board as we continue to enhance our services.
